Culpeper Young Life

Young Life doesn’t start with a program. It starts with adults concerned enough about kids to go to them, on their turf and in their culture. These relationships don’t happen overnight — so Young Life leaders log many hours with kids around the world — where they are, as they are. Leaders faithfully listen to their stories and learn what’s important to them because we genuinely care about them.
We believe in the power of presence. Kids’ lives are dramatically impacted when caring adults come alongside them, sharing God’s love with them. Because their leader believes in them, they begin to see that their lives have great worth, meaning and purpose.

Everyone is welcome in Young Life! Young Life aims to establish and maintain a presence at all high schools and middle schools in the local area. We believe that in order to reach kids we must go where they go and enter their world. Every week in our local area, Young Life staff and volunteers can be found at school events and practices and at kids' favorite hangouts. In many cases, they are the only adult friends kids have in their lives. Our work could not be done without your support. Thank you for all you do to help us reach generations of kids who desperately need to hear a message of hope.
