Culpeper Humane Society

We advocate for the well-being of all animals by protecting them from neglect and cruelty and promoting humane education, awareness, and compassion.

We are a no-kill, all-volunteer group with the mission of providing medical care and temporary care for the dogs and cats we take in pending their placement in loving homes. We also maintain comprehensive, innovative programs in Culpeper County designed to rescue the animals most at risk for euthanasia so they can live healthy and happy lives. We pay for spaying and neutering procedures, provide food to animals in need with our pet food pantry, pay for medical procedures, and foster animals.
