Be the Change Foundation

After learning that many children in her community did not have enough food, Marianne Clyde partnered with Generosity Feeds to provide 10,000 meals for the individuals in her community. However, Marianne realized that simply feeding individuals would not create lasting change. Individuals needed to attack their root problems.

Real change happens when you empower people to change the situation they are in.

Be the Change Foundation gives women the skills they need to be successful entrepreneurs and lift themselves out of a lifestyle of poverty by offering a twelve week course for women living in Fauquier County and surrounding areas who want to start a business. The Foundation assists clients to use available resources in the community to help them be successful in their endeavors, so they can inspire and support others to grow as well, and truly Be the Change.
